"Ash has just completed a boiler exchange (old Glow Worm to a new Vaillant with controls upgraded to Nest.) The whole job was completed as scheduled in one day. He arrived on time, protected everywhere and has done a very neat install. Where options arose he explained these and came up with good suggestions which I was happy to follow. He explained how everything worked and then cleaned up and left with the old boiler (and all the surplus packaging from the new kit).
